Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are the standard terms of engagement of Start 2 Finish Project Planning Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09133594.

1. The contract

• Any quotation issued by Start 2 Finish does not constitute an offer and is valid for 60 days from issue.
• These terms together with any quotation form the contract between the parties.
• Client instructions to proceed are treated as acceptance of the quotation and these terms.

2. Supply of services

• Services for each engagement will be described in the relevant quotation.
• Start 2 Finish will provide services using reasonable skill, care and diligence.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

3. Construction programmes and surveys

• Programmes and deliverables are based on information supplied by the client.
• The client is responsible for ensuring supplied information is accurate and complete.
• Flights, surveys and site activity remain subject to weather, safety and legal restrictions.

4. Fees and payment

• Fees are set out in the quotation and may include staged or advance payments.
• VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate where applicable.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services and recovery of reasonable costs.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, liability is limited to the fees paid under the relevant agreement and Start 2 Finish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
