Pre-construction Planning
A construction programme/schedule is crucial for successful project delivery for several reasons:
-
Provides a clear plan detailing when each phase of the project should start and end, helping to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
-
It helps in the efficient allocation of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, reducing downtime and wastage.
-
It assists in managing the budget by forecasting when expenses will occur, which can help with cash flow management.
-
It aids in identifying potential risks and delays early, allowing for proactive problem-solving.
-
It serves as a communication tool that keeps all stakeholders informed about the project's progress and expected completion date.

We can assist you in the pre-construction phase with the following:

PQQ Programmes.
-
Single & Two Stage Tender Programmes.
-
Method Statements.
-
Fully Integrated Design & Procurement Programmes.
-
Key Milestones Identified.
-
Pre-construction programmes, fully logic linked with the critical path(s) identified.
-
A digital twin of the existing structures or land.
The following digital twin was during the pre-construction phase of a building to be internally stripped back and refurbished. The model was produced to communicate the elements that were to be retained versus the elements that were to be removed.
The items within the digital twin tagged red were items to be removed and the items tagged in a cyan colour were to be retained.
